Seeing Nature through a New Lens
Connecting to the Earth is healing on many levels. We know this intuitively by feeling refreshed or energized from spending time outdoors, whether it’s planting veggies in the garden, going for a hike in the woods, or sitting under a tree.
Research has shown being in nature for as little as 15 minutes can help release stress and relax the body. Being in nature can also strengthen the immune system and make us more creative (more on all the healing benefits on nature here).
