Heal With Nature

Relax, recharge, and reconnect through everyday nature practices

77% of Americans report that stress impacts their physical health and 73% of Americans report that stress impacts their mental health. In addition, many of us live life by habitually reacting to stress in low-level ways that are self-sabotaging and damaging to relationships.

Four speech bubbles each containing a different text. The first says, "I'm too tired from work to really live my life." The second states, "I worry so much it stops me from doing things that I could really enjoy." The third reads, "I'm longing for more in life, but I'm not exactly sure what." The fourth says, "I react strongly out of anger and damage relationships."

Do any of these sound familiar?

Sick, overwhelmed, and broke to healthy, resilient, and abundant

When I was it my late 20’s I hit a rock bottom moment. I had a serious illness, burned through all my savings, and was totally overwhelmed. As luck would have it, I stumbled across healing practices where I consciously connected to the healing power of nature. While I already had a strong yoga and meditation practice, the practices I did offered benefits I hadn’t experienced before. They taught me how to rest, receive, and tap into the greater wisdom of the nature. As I navigated difficult medical decisions, fear of the unknown, and emotional overwhelm, I turned to nature for support and healing.

It’s through these simple practices I began to regain energy and cultivate inner strength to give myself the best chance of bouncing back. Months and years later I am in a completely different place. My body has healed and I’ve learned how to prioritize my self-care which has increased my capacity be of service in the world. Obstacles can so often challenge us to think and live in new ways.

In Heal with Nature, I guide you through simple practices to center, receive, navigate emotions, and reconnect to life in ways that empower you to craft a deliberate path for yourself.
