Curious about meditation and its many benefits? From stress relief and calming the mind to unlocking creativity and clarity, meditation offers transformative possibilities. This introductory course explores three foundational meditation paths inspired by yogic and Buddhist traditions, along with Laura Adrian’s signature nature-based approach, Conscious Nature Connection. You’ll gain insight into the unique benefits of each path, common challenges when starting a practice, and practical strategies to build meditation into your daily life. Each week, we’ll dive into a new meditation, helping you discover the type that resonates most with you and guiding your next steps on this journey of self-discovery. You’ll get the benefits of a group experience. There’ll be opportunities for feedback and questions.

Hi, I’m Laura! I am a nature lover + yoga & meditation teacher + writer. I have been on the path towards deeper and deeper belonging for most of my life. I’ve delved into healing paths and modalities that have helped me to understand the nuances of meditation, both practical and spiritual approaches. I am the founder of Whole Life Elevation where I’ve developed a nature meditation path, Conscious Nature Connection. I have a Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification from UC Berkeley plus I am have two yoga teacher certifications where I learned meditation. In addition, I’ve meditated on silent retreats for 100 days. I’m excited to share what I’ve learned with you!
Cancellation Policy
If a cancellation is made less than two weeks in advance, a credit to a future event will be offered. If a cancellation is made at least two weeks in advance, a refund will be offered minus a $10 processing fee.
