Nature of Kind Attention

How can simply directing attention and meeting the moment with awareness impact how we relate to ourselves, one another, and the natural world?

In this four-week introductory course, you’ll be guided through a kind and gentle exploration of moment-to-moment presence. You’ll explore the impact of meeting emotions, thoughts, physical sensations, and breath with curiosity. This is an especially powerful practice for perfectionists and strivers, because it’s not about getting anywhere or becoming someone better, rather understanding the power and impact of kind attention. Not only can these practices help reduce stress, improve focus, cultivate a sense of inner freedom, manage emotions skillfully, and develop compassion, they may offer a fresh approach to understanding the flow of life.
