Consciously craft your life…
True belonging is a process essential for living a vibrant, dynamic, and fulfilling life. Yet why is it that so many people feel like they don’t belong? So often we hold back who we are or strive to continually improve ourselves so we can be “enough” because we haven’t fully embraced that we belong. Neurodivergent women have unique challenges in these areas, as many aspects of society have not been crafted with us in mind (to put it lightly).
Nature and belonging go hand in hand. Nature is an amazing support for this kind of work because it can have calming, soothing, effects that we’ll explore during the retreat (we’ll get into this on the retreat!). Nature also lends itself to so much inspiration and metaphor around belonging. So come along and join in on a dynamic journey in the Northwoods of Minnesota!
What is true belonging?
Realizing you are an integral and beautiful part of a complex web of life where you hold the capacity to uniquely contribute as well as rest and receive life’s wonders.
True belonging unravels the notion that you need to be different than you are to belong (ie achieve something).
As we open to the experience of true belonging, we expand our capacity to love and accept our whole self even what we or others perceive as flaws. This, in turn, increases our capacity for authentic relationships with fellow humans and nature. Wisdom deepens as we repeat this process.
True belonging isn’t about being happy all the time. It’s about embracing the seasons of life, learning, and meeting ourselves where we’re at.
True belonging empowers CHOICE. When we are experiencing a moment of belonging, we are often open to creative, wise, and compassionate choices that didn’t seem possible before.
Who is this retreat for?
This retreat is for self identified women and/or females (nonbinary welcome) who realized they are neurodivergent (ie autistic, ADHD, ADD, etc) as an adult.
